The North American Hair Awards, otherwise known as the Oscar’s of hairdressing, announced its 2013 finalists in the 14 categories. Winners will be announced at Mandaly Bay in Las Vegas at the biggest night in hairdressing on July 14th. Blo is thrilled to be named a finalist for the second consecutive year.
